If you've never run before, or you used to run and are starting fresh, or you finished Couch to 5K and don't know what's next — this is the plan. No prior running required. No watch required.
For the run/walk intervals, use your watch's interval workout or a simple repeating timer on your phone — it syncs back automatically and your coach reads how it went. An in-app interval tracker is on the way.
Once you're running a continuous mile, RunNerd suggests where to go from here: train for a 5K, build distance gradually, or just stay consistent. The coach helps you decide.
