INSIGHTS

You've been running better.
You just couldn't see it.

RunNerd reads across every run you've logged — pace against heart rate, zone discipline, cadence drift — and tells you what the data says together.

COACH'S READ · 1 MONTH · ALL RUNS
Overall pace and HR both held essentially flat over the month (10.45→10.43 min/mi, 136.9→135.6 bpm) at steady cadence around 162 SPM — a stable fitness base.
Easy runs showed the best signal, pace dropping 1.7% with HR down 3.1%, a genuine efficiency gain, though cadence fell 10 SPM which is worth watching.
